Mia Österlund is Associate Professor in Comparative Literature at Åbo Akademi University with a special interest in children’s literature, girlhood, gender, queer and fat studies. She is the leader of the Society of Swedish Literature in Finland’s project on time in contemporary children’s literature 2019-2022.
