Olle Widhe is Associate Professor in Literature at the University of Gothenburg. His research is mainly oriented towards the history of children’s literature and the use of literature in educational contexts. He has published books and articles about several interconnected topics in Nordic children’s literature, such as the invention of children’s rights, representation of minority groups, political carneval, child care books, and environmental writing.
